Development plans for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the images.
Additionally contained in this latest photograph release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend identifying different areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Additional materials made public as part of the current oversight release.
